Shipping Info

We ship almost anywhere our customers need our thrilling products.  If you have a question as to whether we will ship to your part of the world, please send us an email and we will try to work with you.  We enjoy providing our customers with great, personalized service.

Before you choose your shipping method, please read the following information.

In the USA:

You can choose between receiving your goods via UPS or USPS. At the checkout stage of your Thrillomatic shopping adventure, you'll be given a variety of shipping options. Choose any one of these for a real time price quote.  Then pick the one that works best for you and proceed with the payment.  In the unlikely event that you are getting a shipping quote that seems unreasonable, please contact us and we'll help figure out a shipping method that works for you.  Just send us an email and we'll get back to you quickly.  

We Recommend:  For regular packages we like USPS (either First Class or Priority) because it's usually cheaper and faster.  If you are ordering bigger/bulkier products, Parcel Post is the cheapest, but UPS will get it to you faster.  Also, if you're concerned about easily tracking your package or insuring it against loss/damage, UPS is the way to go.  Please note that Thrillomatic is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

International:

For international orders, we currently offer the following shipping options: USPS Express Mail International, USPS Priority Mail International, USPS First Class Mail International, and UPS Worldwide Expedited. 

For international orders there is often a duty/import tax which is determined by each country. Please be aware of this additional charge (customer's responsibility) and also note that we are unable to control any delays at customs.  If you do not accept the customs charges, your order will be shipped back to us and we will be charged for the costs incurred.  Therefore, we do not refund your purchase/shipping charges in this circumstance.  Please note that we cannot ship your items as "Gifts" or "Free Merchandise".  Nor can we change the value of the order on the customs form.  Thanks for not asking us to do this!

USPS First Class International is the least expensive way to receive your item, but please be aware that there are certain risks associated with this method.  If you choose to use USPS First Class Mail for your international shipment, there is no tracking or insurance available, so in the rare case that the shipment is lost or damaged, there is no recourse available.  This means that if the order gets lost or damaged, you will not be reimbursed for the loss. Please note that Thrillomatic is not responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged during delivery. 

USPS Priority Mail is a bit faster than the first class option, but still no insurance or tracking available. 

Express Mail International is fast and you can track it.  Also, your package is insured upto a certain dollar amount.  This is the safer, but much more expensive way to receive your order. 

UPS International Shipping is expensive but safe, insured and trackable.  If you need something to arrive by a specific date with no mix-ups we recommend you choose UPS.  

 

General Information:

All orders (domestic and international) are shipped Monday thru Friday and generally take 1-7 business days to process.  Please allow upto two weeks before you get concerned that you have not received your shipment.  If you are in a hurry for your order or need an item by a specific date, please note this in the "comments" section of your order form.  

Since we try to offer so many wonderful items, once in awhile, we may be out of stock of something or something may be delayed in production.  If we didn't get to the website to tell you it was sold out before you placed the order, we'll contact you in a timely manner with your options.  You can either get a refund, choose a different amazing product, or wait for that item to come back into stock.  Please email us back within a reasonable amount of time (otherwise your order will be cancelled and we'll process the refund).  Also, please keep in mind that we try to carry unique products and some of these items may come from small manufacturers.  Once in awhile, delays are unavoidable.
